In Tribute
Timothy Sumner Robinson: In Memoriam

Tim Robinson
July 16, 1945 – October 7, 2003
My partner and beloved husband, Tim Robinson, died of complications from surgery on October 7, 2003, in Loudoun Hospital in Leesburg, Virginia. His funeral was in his hometown of Dora, Alabama on the 11th.
Some of the countless tributes to Tim are posted below. You are invited to write your memories about Tim in the guestbook.
Tim was editorial director, search & navigation for America Online and I want to thank everyone there for their incredible support, including Gerry Campbell, Tim’s dedicated team, and AOL associates Tim Ito, Jamie Hammond and Shawn Schrager – as well as extend my deepest gratitude to friends and family too numerable to mention.
Our clients have also lent me amazing support, including Involve Technology, Plantronics, Jim Ukropina, The Farmers Market, New California Media, Tom Lauda, Michael Mitchell, and Pragito Dove, as well as Women in Business chapters throughout California and my colleagues in the Association for Women in Communications.
I regret that I can’t post all the amazing tributes to Tim that have come in, or thank everyone individually for their support — but you are in my heart.
Love,
Janet
